Refund & Cancellation Policy

Printez — Clear terms for refunds, cancellations and rescheduling of services

Overview

Printez provides professional consultancy and support services. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled. Our goal is fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable USA consumer guidelines.

General Principles

  • Clarity: Each purchase includes an invoice or confirmation with service details.
  • Deliverables: Refunds depend on whether work or deliverables have been provided.
  • Fairness: Time and resources already spent are considered in any refund calculation.
  • Contact first: Customers should email billing@consyls.com before raising disputes with a bank or payment provider.

Consultation Sessions

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before: full refund.
  • Cancel between 24–48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
  • Cancel within 24 hours or missed appointment: no refund.

Written Reports & Deliverables

  • If work has not started: full refund within 7 days.
  • If work has started but not completed: partial refund based on progress.
  • If deliverable has been provided: no refund (errors will be corrected if applicable).

On-Site Appointments (where applicable)

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before: full refund.
  • If travel costs already occurred: these may be deducted.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time: up to 5 business days after approval.
  • Your bank/card provider may take 3–14 days to post funds.

Example: If work is 50% complete, a 50% refund may be issued after subtracting any third-party expenses.

Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling depending on availability:

  • Requests more than 24 hours before: free.
  • Requests within 24 hours: may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@consyls.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. Specify preferred outcome (refund, partial refund, reschedule).
  3. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us directly. Issues are usually resolved faster this way. If a bank dispute is opened, we will provide supporting documentation.
