Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consyls Limited — Clear terms for refunds, cancellations and rescheduling of consultancy services
Overview
Consyls Limited (registered in England & Wales) provides professional consultancy and advisory services. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our services. Our goal is fairness, transparency, and compliance with UK consumer standards.
General Principles
- Clarity: Each purchase includes an invoice or booking confirmation with service details.
- Deliverables: Refunds are assessed based on whether consultancy deliverables (such as reports) have been issued.
- Fairness: Time and resources already used are considered in refund calculations.
- Contact first: Customers should email billing@consyls.com before raising disputes with a bank or payment provider.
Consultation Sessions
- Cancel more than 48 hours before: full refund.
- Cancel between 24–48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
- Cancel within 24 hours or missed appointment: no refund.
Written Reports & Deliverables
- If work has not started: full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If work has started but not delivered: partial refund reflecting progress.
- If deliverable has been issued: no refund (unless there is a demonstrable error, which we will correct).
On-Site Appointments (where applicable)
- Cancel at least 48 hours before: full refund.
- If travel costs already incurred: these may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time: up to 5 business days from approval.
- Customer’s bank/card provider may take 3–14 business days to post funds.
Example: If a report is halfway complete and you request cancellation, a 50% refund may be issued minus any third-party costs.
Rescheduling
We allow rescheduling of appointments subject to availability:
- Requests made more than 24 hours in advance: no charge.
- Requests within 24 hours: may incur a rescheduling fee or be treated as cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@consyls.com with your order ID and reason.
- Include preferred outcome (refund, partial refund, reschedule).
- We will respond within 2 business days.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved faster this way. If you open a bank dispute, we will provide documentation, but direct contact usually ensures quicker results.
